Amount of welcome bonus*
The amount of the welcome bonus* depends on the relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned professions:
Work experience up to 2 years: €2,000
More than 2 years of professional experience: €3,000
For some defined positions, the bonus is €5,000.

The welcome bonus is offered for a limited period from 15.04.2025 to 31.12.2025 for selected positions and associated qualifications (completed/recognized professional training) as well as relevant professional experience. Applicants who are not or have not already been employed by Leadec or a subsidiary or are not already employed in a temporary employment relationship at the time of application are eligible. The date of submission of the application within the specified period applies. The bonus is a payment subject to wage tax and social security contributions. The new employee receives the welcome bonus on a pro rata basis if he/she is in an employment relationship that has not been terminated after 1 month and after 6 months of employment. 15% of the welcome bonus is then paid out with the pay slip following the first month of employment. 85% of the welcome bonus is then paid out with the pay slip following the first 6 months of employment. This benefit is granted voluntarily and without recognition of a corresponding legal obligation for the future. The company reserves the right to decide whether and to what extent a “welcome bonus” will be granted beyond the aforementioned period.
The amount of the welcome bonus depends on the relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned professions:
Work experience up to 2 years: € 2,000
More than 2 years of professional experience: € 3,000
A bonus of € 5,000 is paid for positions that are particularly difficult to fill (key positions).
These positions are characterized by at least one of the following criteria:
- Particularly urgent need at a location to ensure operations (e.g.: Specialized qualifications in the electrical trade due to customer requirements, need for several employees with the same qualifications)
- Difficult conditions prevail in the region of the location (e.g. extraordinarily high employer competition) in order to attract skilled workers with these qualifications
- The position must be filled at the start of a new contract
